Dr.Kwan was amazing! Ive had bad experiences with the vet in the past, and this was such a lovely experience this time. My dog is generally pretty skittish but Dr.Kwan had him warmed up in no time. I have issues with people doctors and animal doctors that are a direct result of past trauma. The staff and doctors here took care of our furry babies and handled everything in a cheerfully human and humane manner that made it far easier for me to deal with my own issues constructively for the sake of my little one.
